Guard of Honour to Freedom Fighter Hridya Ram Panth on his Crimination
at Bhatan village of Sangrah Sub-Division on 1st of May, 2013. Police Guards gave him last Salute and Fired
15 Rounds during the ceremonial practice in presence of Tehsildar Sangrah PS Ranta. Hridya Ram Panth was
born on 11th of January 1927 in village Bhaton of Sangrah
Sub-Division. After completion of his elementary
education he was remained attached with Freedom Movement or Prajamandel Andolan
in 1946. He was punished by Collector of Sirmaur State Raghuvir Singh 2 times
for same offence of involvement in Freedom Movement. After last imprisonment of
165 days in Nahan Jail he was welcomed by people of area on 15th of
March, 1948. Mr. Panth was also a Writer and freelancer Journalist of his time.
He published his books named Meri Jail Yatra or uske baad, Atmabodarth, Manaw
Dharma and Harijan Bandhuon se etc. after Independence of India.
